BIOGRAPHY
Nosheen Saba is a professional lady, wife and mother of three children. She was born in the province of Punjab and obtained her primary education from Senior Sir Syed School, Rawalpindi - the Pakistani city which is 3,000 years old and was a transit station on the Silk Route from China to Northern Pakistan and Europe. During British occupation, it became the seat of military headquarters for the Northern Areas of Pakistan. Nosheen’s school was named after Sir Syed Ahmad Khan who was a reformer, philosopher and educationist and one of the founding fathers of Pakistan. He was also the founder of the famous Aligarh University in UP, India. Nosheen is the eldest of six children and was a natural-born teacher from a young age. She started teaching Mathematics when she was, herself, in high school and won a school prize in Mathematics. She completed her intermediate education in Physical Education / Sport Sciences from a government college in Rawalpindi and went on to successfully complete an undergraduate degree in Economic, Islamic Studies and Education. She was just 21 yrs old when she got married, two months after obtaining her B.A.
After marriage, Nosheen continued her education with the support of her husband and got a diploma in Information Technology. She and her husband moved to Lahore from Rawalpindi where she took a break from professional life to make a family. She had three children whom she brought up and tutored in their early years. When her third child enrolled in primary school, Nosheen returned to professional life and joined a charitable organization as an Assistant. Whilst working at the NGO, Nosheen undertook a number of “continuing professional education” programs, in particular, in computer graphics and web designing. Just before the outbreak of the global covid-19 pandemic, Nosheen managed to complete a one-year diploma in human resource management titled DIT (diploma in information technology) whilst working full-time in the NGO sector. With her diverse range of expertise, she joined Four Chambers as Office Manager with special expertise in basic management skills, decision-making, organizational planning and design, monitoring & evaluation, leadership development, communication skills, human resource management, social mobilization and computer graphics.
